ISML 2012 Preliminary Period, Phase I

Phase I is a free-for-all-style tournament involving pools of seven Candidates in each round.
Voters may select up to two Candidates in each pool during voting.
Results of Rounds 1 and 2 are used to seed Round 3.
The winner of each pool in Round 3 advances to the Regular Season.
